Yoga with the Garden - Classes

Experience Yoga for Well-Being, a relaxing and inclusive yoga program designed for all levels of fitness. We invite you to join us for an online or in-person yoga experience that encourages you to move and breathe in harmony, integrating mind, body and spirit.

All summer classes run four weeks from the start date. If a class is sold out, please contact us at (847) 835-6801 to be placed on the waitlist. The Garden will contact you if a space becomes available.

Yoga Summer Session Classes - 4 Weeks

Mondays, June 13 - July 11, No Class July 4th

  • Enjoy a combination of gentle breathing, stretching, meditation, and relaxation with attention placed on postures designed to build strength and resilience. Connect with your yoga community in this live, interactive format from the comfort of your own home. All are welcome. Online via Zoom.

Tuesdays, June 14 - July 5

  • The Yoga Flow series combines movement linked to the breath, working your body while engaging your mind. If you already have some yoga experience, you will find this course to be moderately challenging as you transition smoothly through sequences designed to increase health and vitality. Bring a yoga mat. When the weather permits, class may be held outdoors.

Wednesdays, June 15 - July 6

  • Experience yoga for well-being, a relaxing and inclusive program designed for all levels of fitness. Enjoy a combination of gentle breathing, stretching, meditation, and relaxation with attention placed on the seated and reclining postures. All are welcome. Come and enjoy a sense of peace and balance.

    10:30 am to 11:30 am

Thursdays, June 16 - July 7

  • The Yoga Flow series combines movement linked to the breath, working your body while engaging your mind. If you have already taken Beginner Flow, or have comparable experience, you will find this course to be a more exhilarating, challenging Flow series where you can develop stamina and build strength. Bring a yoga mat. When the weather permits, class may be held outdoors.

  • As the noontime sun reaches its highest elevation, overlook the shimmering water of the Great Basin and enjoy a relaxing yoga celebration. On this day we salute the summer solstice, the longest day of the year, and we celebrate International Yoga Day. Experience yoga for well-being; a relaxing and inclusive program designed for all levels of fitness. Class is held outdoors. Dress for the weather and bring a mat.
